raikkikki is a platform for discovering, posting and coordinating parties and social meetups, including map-based party discovery, join requests, chat, friends and groups. It is operated by Orbitexx (orbitexx.com) ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and us.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use raikkikki. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it. We may refuse or end the account of anyone who has been removed from raikkikki before.
You can browse parties near you and send a join request ("Hit Up"). The host decides whether to accept or decline. When a host accepts, you become friends and a chat opens. Direct chat is only possible between friends. You can also create and join group chats. Hosts and guests are other users, not us.
raikkikki is free to use. We do not charge you to join, host or chat. We will never ask you for money, a password or a one-time code. If someone claiming to be from raikkikki asks you for these, it is a scam. Please report it to us. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you first, and you will not be charged for anything you did not agree to.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the photos, messages, party descriptions and other content you post. By posting content on raikkikki, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, free licence to store it and show it inside the app to the people it is meant for (for example, your profile photos to other users, or your party details to people browsing parties), and to review it when needed to enforce these Terms. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already received it (for example, messages in someone else's chat history) or where we must keep it for safety or legal reasons. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
You are responsible for your content. Only post things you have the right to post.
Friends and chat are provided so you can communicate with other users. We do not monitor private messages in real time, but we may review reported content, and we may access messages when needed to enforce these Terms, keep people safe, or meet a legal requirement. We are not responsible for what other users say or do in chat or anywhere else on the platform.
You can report a user, message, photo or party from inside the app, or email support@raikkikki.com. We review reports and may remove content, warn you, suspend you or permanently end your account if you break these Terms or if we believe you are a risk to others. We decide what action is appropriate, and we may act without notice where there is a safety risk. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will look again. We may share information with the police or other authorities where the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
raikkikki is a discovery and coordination tool. We do not host, supervise, verify or take part in any party or meetup arranged through the app. We do not check anyone's identity or run background checks. People may not be who they say they are. Meeting people from the internet always carries some risk. When you attend or host a party:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, raikkikki is not responsible for any injury, loss, dispute or damage arising from an in-person meetup or party arranged through the app, including conduct by other users, conditions at a venue, or accidents at an event.
raikkikki may send you notifications about messages, join requests and party updates, and occasional announcements from us. Notifications are optional and you can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings. The core features of the app work without them.
raikkikki uses services provided by others, including maps (OpenStreetMap), sign-in (Google), notifications (Firebase) and hosting (Supabase). Links to WhatsApp, email or other sites are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
The raikkikki app, name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the app as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
raikkikki is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that party listings, profiles or other user information are accurate or safe. We may change, pause or stop any part of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of raikkikki, including your dealings with other users or events arranged through the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you break these Terms or the law and that causes a third party to make a claim against us, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that result, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using raikkikki at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@raikkikki.com from the email address on your account. We will process your request as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct puts other users or the platform at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends (such as sections 11, 16, 17 and 20) will continue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will also tell you in the app or by notification. If you keep using raikkikki after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and ask us to delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of raikkikki will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
